Sreyas Udayavarman has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Sreyas started their career at Salesforce in 2019 as a Heroku Success Engineer Analyst, where they worked closely with customers to solve problems related to deploying web applications. Sreyas then advanced to the role of Heroku Success Engineer Associate in 2020. In these positions, Sreyas gained expertise in customer service and technical problem-solving. In 2022, they took on the role of Heroku Technical Success Engineer (Swarm lead) - APAC, where they were responsible for solving customer problems and handling mission-critical enterprise cases.
