Paul Carr

Paul Carr is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and learning development, currently serving as Partnerships Manager at EducationSupaHuman AI since August 2025. Prior to this role, Paul held the position of Head of Leadership at Fonterra from February 2024 to July 2025, and served as Leadership Development Manager at Foodstuffs North Island Limited from October 2018 to February 2024. In those roles, Paul focused on end-to-end learning experience design, program management, executive communications, and leadership development strategies. Additionally, Paul has contributed to Massey University as a Learning Manager and Programme Design Consultant, and worked as Learning and Development Lead at BP, where Paul oversaw L&OD initiatives for a large workforce across multiple sectors. Paul holds a BA Hons in Political Science, Journalism, and French from Victoria University of Wellington and a Baccalaureat français from Lycée des Flandres in France.
