Ade Amaliah Fitrian

Ade Amaliah Fitrian is an experienced HR professional currently serving as a Talent Services & Operation Officer at SuperApp since March 2023. Previously, Ade worked as a Human Resources Generalist Officer at OPPO Indonesia from November 2020 to December 2022, where responsibilities included managing recruitment, onboarding, offboarding programs, and employee benefits. Prior experience includes a Human Resources Intern role at Rumah Sakit Condong Catur, contributing to recruitment and data management, and serving as an Asisten Praktikum at Laboratorium Psikologi, where leadership in conducting psychological experiments was demonstrated. Ade holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universitas Islam Indonesia, completed in 2020, and graduated from SMA Taruna Nusantara in 2016.
