Eduardo Krakauer

Eduardo Krakauer is a finance professional with extensive experience in strategic financial management, M&A, and fundraising. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Super Company since October 2023, prior roles include M&A, Fundraising and FP&A at Buser Brasil from November 2021 to October 2023, and Head of Corporate Finance at Yuca between September 2019 and November 2021. Eduardo also held the position of Finance Manager at Grow Mobility from November 2018 to September 2019, and worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at Lazard from February 2017 to August 2018, where responsibilities included collaborating on merger and acquisition deals and preparing business valuation analyses. Earlier in the career, Eduardo completed an internship as an Investment Banking Intern at Nomura from September 2015 to January 2017. Eduardo holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and participated in an exchange program at the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management in 2015.
