Brian Cairns has a rich work experience in the gaming industry. Brian started their career as a Video Game Tester at THQ in 2003. Later, they worked as a 3D Artist at Papaya Studio from 2006 to 2007, where they modeled and textured low-poly props and environments. Brian then joined SuperVillain Studios in 2008 as a Character Artist, where they modeled low-poly characters, environments, and props. At FireForge from 2013 to 2016, they worked as a Senior Character Artist, sculpting player characters, enemies, and boss characters. Brian also worked at Digital Domain Interactive from 2016 to 2017 as a Character Artist, optimizing and improving existing models and textures. From 2017 to 2019, they worked at Blizzard Entertainment as a 3D Artist. Currently, they are a Senior Character Artist at Super Evil Megacorp, starting from 2019.
Brian Cairns earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Animation from Loyola Marymount University, where they studied from 1998 to 2002.
