Tom Westall

Tom Westall's work experience begins with their current role as the Director of Product Management at Super Evil Megacorp, which they started in 2022.

Prior to this, Tom worked at BossAlien from 2017 to 2022, where they held the position of Lead Product Manager. In this role, they were responsible for defining the monetization strategy, prioritizing the product roadmap, and owning the business model for Star Wars Hunters, a mobile and Switch game released in 2021. Tom also served as a line manager for product managers and presented to both the game team and C-Level staff.

Before joining BossAlien, Tom worked at NaturalMotion from 2015 to 2017. Tom first served as the Head of Analytics and Data Science, managing a central analytics team and defining the analytics strategy across multiple game teams. Tom also mentored analytics leads and ensured the maintenance of central data pipelines. Prior to this, they held the role of Lead Analyst at NaturalMotion, where they supported game teams with analytics requirements.

Tom's career at BossAlien started in 2013, where they held two positions. First, they worked as a Data Scientist for CSR Racing, writing and maintaining ETL pipelines and using machine learning to identify key indicators for conversion or lapse. Tom then transitioned to the role of Product Analyst, where they were responsible for creating dashboards and tracking key KPIs for all titles in the company.

Tom's earliest work experience dates back to 2010, when they worked as an Information Analyst at Phoenix Futures until 2011.

Tom Westall completed their A Levels in Maths, Further Maths, Physics, and Electronics at Alton College from 2003 to 2005. Following this, they attended the University of Oxford from 2005 to 2008 and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics.
