Louie Moong is a highly experienced culinary professional currently serving as the Group Executive Chef for SUPER LOCO GROUP since August 2025, overseeing multiple locations including Lucha Loco and Super Loco. Prior roles include Executive Chef at Harry's Singapore, Operations Manager and Resident Chef at Green Common, and Group Head Chef at PizzaExpress Singapore, where Louie managed several outlets and focused on procurement and cost management. Additional experience includes positions as Executive Chef at the big idea, Head Chef at Refinery Concepts Pte Ltd, and Executive Pastry Chef at Camp Dempsey Pte Ltd and MARMALADE AT STABLE. Louie received education in hotel management and culinary from Stamford College after completing studies at Methodist Boys School.
