Ann Brown

Ann Brown has extensive experience in customer service and team leadership, currently serving as a Receptionist at Rebel Group since May 1997, where responsibilities include managing a department, exceeding daily sales targets, and overseeing operations related to online order processing. Additionally, since June 2010, Ann has been a Team Leader in the Customer Care Centre at Super Retail Group, focusing on processing online orders and enhancing team skills, while contributing to the development of training materials and achieving company KPIs. Ann completed education at St. Patricks Girls College from 1975 to 1979.
