Jaydeep Ghurye

Jaydeep Ghurye has extensive work experience in quality assurance and testing roles. Jaydeep is currently working as a Delivery Lead for Super Retail Group. Prior to this, they served as a Delivery Lead at Lorna Jane and Quality Assurance Team Lead at PaySmart by Xplor. Jaydeep also worked as the Director at OzKirana and Quality Assurance Team Leader at Domino's Pizza Enterprises Limited.

Their earlier experience includes roles such as Quality Assurance Team Lead at GlobalX Legal Solutions, where they implemented Agile testing methodologies and introduced innovative processes to enhance the organization's responsiveness to client-reported defects. Jaydeep also served as a Senior Test Engineer at Promon AS, where they designed and implemented test strategies for multiple client applications. Jaydeep started their career as an Engineer II at PTC, where they implemented automated build verification and integration testing processes.

Jaydeep Ghurye has a diverse education history. Jaydeep earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from AGSM @ UNSW Business School in 2020. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Computer Engineering at Savitribai Phule Pune University from 2000 to 2003. Jaydeep also holds a Diploma in Computer Engineering from Dr. D.Y. Patil Pratishthan's Padmashree Dr. D.Y.Patil Institute Of Engineering and Technology, which they obtained from 1997 to 2000. Their secondary school education includes completing their SSC (10th grade) at Vidya Niketan English Medium School from 1987 to 1997. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several professional certifications including Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, Professional Scrum Product Owner™ I (PSPO I), Professional Scrum Master™ I (PSM I), and ISTQB® Foundation Level.
