Kirsty Kratzmann

Kirsty Kratzmann has an extensive background in human resources, with experience in leading HR functions for various companies such as Super Retail Group, OneHarvest, Campbell Arnott's, and Kelsen Group A/S. Kirsty holds a Bachelor of Business degree in Human Resource Management from Queensland University of Technology. Currently, Kirsty is the General Manager of People Services at Super Retail Group, overseeing HR partnering and service delivery for over 14,000 employees. Prior to this, Kirsty held leadership roles in HR business partnering, talent acquisition, and HR technology. Kirsty's expertise lies in strategic people initiatives, organisational design, and enhancing the employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle.
