Nyree Overfield-Collis has over 20 years of experience in IT service management and support, currently serving as the D&T Service Operations Manager at Super Retail Group since December 2019. Previous roles include Service Desk Team Lead at Digital Sense, Service Delivery Team Lead and A/ Manager - Service Delivery at the Department of State Development, Manufacturing, Infrastructure and Planning, and Service Delivery Manager at Ordyss. Earlier in the career, Nyree held various leadership positions at SCT Logistics, Southern Cross Austereo, OneSteel, Smorgon Steel, and Herbert Smith Freehills. Nyree has completed the ITIL Service Management Foundation course and earned a Certified Novell Administrator designation, with education also at Assumption College Kilmore and Greenwood Secondary College.
