Tomás Salomão is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in organizational strategy and transformation across multiple industries. Currently serving as Chief of Staff at Rebel within Super Retail Group since July 2020, Tomás plays a vital role in executing strategic initiatives and ensuring alignment with both Rebel and Super Retail Group’s objectives. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Principal and ANZ Organisational Strategy Leader at Korn Ferry, where Tomás significantly contributed to business development and led key transformational projects, including executive restructuring for a new Digital Airport in Australia. Tomás’s earlier roles include various consulting positions at Great Place to Work® in both Canada and Brazil, highlighting a solid foundation in strategic business management and human resources. Educational credentials include an MBA from ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing and specialized training in business management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas.
