Kelly Elphinstone

Kelly Elphinstone has held various roles in multiple companies since 1979. Kelly began their career with Elphinstone Group (Aust) Pty Ltd as an Executive Director and Group Management until 2013. Kelly then moved to Elphinstone Pty Ltd where they held the roles of Non Executive Director and Managing Director until 2019. In 2019, they became a Non Executive Director for Engenco Limited and Gekko Systems. In 2020, they joined the Board of Advisors for CDIC - Centre for Defence Industry Capabili and became Chair of United Forklift and Access Solutions. Kelly also held a Member of the Board of Advisors role with Tasmanian Defence Industry Advisory Council from 2018 until 2022. Additionally, they held a Group Management role with William Adams Pty Ltd from 2000 until 2010 and a Sales and Marketing role with Haulmax Pty Ltd from 2010 until 2020.

Kelly Elphinstone has a varied educational background. In 2022, they will complete a Company Director's Course from the Australian Institute of Company Directors. In 2013-2014, they attended Stanford University for Executive Leadership. From 2002-2004, they attended RMIT University for Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
