Ricardo Adalberto Zelaya

Ricardo Adalberto Zelaya has extensive experience in technical support and inventory management across multiple companies. Since April 2011, Ricardo has worked at Grupo Calleja in various roles, including Analista de Soporte Pos, focusing on technical support and preventive maintenance of weighing scales, as well as supporting hardware in stores and digitizing financial documents. Prior experience includes assisting with inventory counts at RGIS El Salvador and serving as a POS Operator at Walmart El Salvador, where responsibilities encompassed price management and preventive maintenance of IT equipment. Earlier experience at Global Solutions Latinoamérica involved providing technical hardware support to corporate clients. Ricardo holds a degree in Systems and Network Engineering from Universidad Tecnológica de El Salvador and has completed technical training at ITCA.
