Lara Crystal has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Lara is currently the President of Super Smalls since June 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Share Local Media as a Co-Founder and Board Member starting from March 2014.
In 2019, Lara joined Wonder, a fast-growing food tech-startup, as the SVP of Hospitality. During their tenure, they played a pivotal role in redefining the importance of food in people's lives. Lara left Wonder in November 2022.
From 2013 to 2021, Lara was a Co-Founder and Board Member of Minibar Delivery, a company focused on wine, liquor, and beer shopping. In addition, they served as Co-CEO from 2013 to 2019 and oversaw its acquisition by ReserveBar in November 2021.
In their earlier career, Lara held the position of VP of Marketing & Brand at Rent The Runway from July 2009 to August 2013. As a founding team member, they played a crucial role in establishing the company's marketing and brand function and transforming it into a well-known brand.
Before entering the startup world, Lara gained experience as an intern in strategic roles at Cole Haan and Chanel in 2008. Prior to that, they worked at Coach as a Planner, Planning Analyst, and Distribution Analyst from 2004 to 2007.
Lara's career began in 2003 as an Actuarial Analyst at Mercer Human Resource Consulting, where they gained valuable experience in the field of human resources.
Lara Crystal completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Economic Management from Cornell University between 1999 and 2003. Prior to that, they attended The Dalton School, but no specific dates were provided for this educational experience. Years later, between 2007 and 2009, Lara pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from The Wharton School.
