Gabriela Patrascu

Gabriela Patrascu has a strong background in HR and talent acquisition. Gabriela is currently the Head of Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding at Superbet since November 2022. Prior to that, they worked as an HR Business Partner at Superbet from August 2021 to October 2022.

Before joining Superbet, Gabriela worked at Telekom Romania as an HR Business Partner from January 2019 to August 2021. Gabriela also held the role of Head of HRBPO Division on an interim basis from April 2020 to December 2020.

Their earlier experience includes various roles at Raiffeisen Bank Romania, where they served as an HR Business Partner from June 2015 to December 2018. Before that, they worked as a Human Resources Consultant from January 2014 to May 2015. Additionally, they held multiple positions in the Collection Department, including Operations Coordinator and Collection Trainer.

Gabriela began their career at SEDOL Financial Services SRL as a Collection Officer from July 2005 to September 2006.

Gabriela Patrascu completed their education in a chronological order. Gabriela obtained their Bachelor's degree in Public Administration from the University of Bucharest, where they studied from 2001 to 2005. Afterward, they pursued a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from the same university, completing it from 2005 to 2007.

In addition to their formal education, Gabriela Patrascu also obtained additional certifications. In December 2008, they became a Trainer through Pro Business Consulting. More recently, in November 2021, they acquired the Emergenetics Certified Associate designation from Emergenetics International.
