Hamid Afshar

Hamid Afshar has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. In 2008, they started their career as a Web Developer at Goodness Foods and remained in that role until 2012. Following that, Hamid joined GoDaddy as a Software Engineer from 2012 to 2017. In 2017, they took on the role of a Senior Software Engineer at Upland Rant & Rave for a year. From 2018 to the present, Hamid worked at Elsevier, initially as a Senior/Lead Software Engineer - Contractor until 2021, and then as a Principal Software Engineer. Currently, they are serving as a Software Engineering Manager at Superbet starting from May 2023. Throughout their career, Hamid has shown expertise in leading and managing technical teams and building data platforms.

Hamid Afshar attended Bournville College from 2006 to 2008, where they pursued a high school degree in Computer Science. Later, from 2011 to 2012, they returned to Bournville College to further their education, this time focusing on Mathematics while still completing their high school degree.
