Jahir Arauz Thomas

Jahir Arauz Thomas has a diverse range of work experience spanning over 15 years. Most recently, they worked as the HR Tech Lead at Superbet starting in March 2023. Prior to this, they held a role as the Head of People Systems & Analytics at KingMakers from February 2022 to February 2023, where they were responsible for managing the portfolio of People systems and initiatives. Before joining KingMakers, Jahir worked as the HRIS Manager at Selina from October 2019 to January 2021. Jahir also created automatic reports by integrating BambooHR's API with Excel, Power BI, and Google Sheets.

Jahir Arauz Thomas has a diverse education history. In 1998 to 2003, they attended Instituto America but did not graduate with a degree. From 2004 to 2006, they studied Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering at the Universidad Tecnológica de Panamá. In 2006 to 2007, they pursued a degree in Telecommunications Engineering at the Universidad Latina de Panamá. From 2011 to 2014, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources and Productivity Management from the Universidad Tecnológica de Panamá. Most recently, in 2021 to 2022, they pursued an MBA and a Master's in Project Management at the ENEB - Escuela de Negocios Europea de Barcelona.
