Martyna Kostuchow

Martyna Kostuchow has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Martyna is currently working at Superbet as a Group Compliance Executive, where they are responsible for maintaining and acquiring licenses, conducting audits, and implementing recommendations. Prior to this, they worked at Royal Panda, starting as a Customer Service Agent and eventually progressing to become an AML & RG Manager. In this role, they managed teams, created policies and procedures, and was the key person for responsible gaming compliance with the Maltese Gaming Authority. Martyna also served as a Data Protection Officer during their time at Royal Panda. Before that, Martyna worked at SARPI Veolia as an International Market Assistant and at PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Team Leader, Senior Process Specialist, and Process Specialist.

Martyna Kostuchow completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Uniwersytet WSB Merito Chorzów, studying there from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they studied at the same university from 2010 to 2011, focusing on Wywieranie wpływu i psychologia biznesu (Influence and Business Psychology).
