Darlene Cohen, MSOL, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management and strategic consulting. As the founder of HR Mimosas & Me, HR Talks, and HR Cafe since November 2019, Darlene fosters collaborative learning and networking events for HR professionals. Serving as the Chief HR Strategist at HROnCALL Strategies since 2010, Darlene provides tailored HR consulting services.
