Darlene Cohen, MSOL, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management and strategic consulting. As the founder of HR Mimosas & Me, HR Talks, and HR Cafe since November 2019, Darlene fosters collaborative learning and networking events for HR professionals. Serving as the Chief HR Strategist at HROnCALL Strategies since 2010, Darlene provides tailored HR consulting services. Darlene has held significant roles including Global Director, People & Culture at SuperBike Factory Limited and HR Consultant for Jonathan Simkhai. Darlene's previous positions include VP of Professional Development at Professionals In Human Resources Association, CHRO at Rampage Clothing Company, Human Resources Director at ABS by Allen Schwartz, and Human Resources Director at Kenneth Cole Productions. Darlene holds a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Nichols College and two Bachelor of Science degrees in Organizational Management and Human Resources Management.
