Ryan Conlon

Ryan Conlon is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in recruitment and organizational growth. Currently a member of the founding team at Superblocks since June 2021, Ryan focuses on driving business success as Employee #2. Prior to this role, Ryan served as a Technical Recruiter and Product Growth specialist at Datadog, contributing to the company’s public offering. Additional experience includes a Senior Associate position at JPMorgan Chase & Co. specializing in KYC/AML and risk management, and an Analyst role in executive recruitment at Goldman Sachs focused on AML/KYC and asset management controls. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Drexel University and is currently pursuing further education at Imperial College London.
