Christina Connerton

Christina Connerton has a diverse work experience in various industries. Christina started their career as an Advocate Counselor at Good Shepherd Services, where they worked with at-risk youth and facilitated workshops and individual sessions. Christina then worked as a Forensic Social Worker at the Legal Aid Society, representing clients in court and connecting them with resources. Following that, they worked as a Social Worker/Court Representative at The Center for Alternative Sentencing and Employment Services (CASES), where they ran cognitive behavioral groups and made referrals for incarcerated clients.

In the media industry, Christina worked as a Writer/Producer for Alala News, managing a political satire website. Christina also had roles at 72andSunny, starting as a Production Coordinator and later becoming a Jr. Producer, where they managed film and still content projects. At Hecho Studios, they served as a Content Producer and Jr. Copywriter, working on various collaborative projects with Allstate and Hecho Studios. Christina then worked at Naked as a Jr. Field Producer for the Emmy Award-winning doc series, The Day I Picked My Parents.

In their most recent position, Christina worked at HECHO STUDIOS as a Sr. Writer, where they were responsible for creating written content. Christina also worked as a Freelance Copywriter and a Writer/Producer during their time at HECHO STUDIOS.

Christina's most recent work includes The Recruit, a short film they wrote, produced, and acted in. The film premiered at the Beverly Hills International Film Festival.

Currently, Christina is employed as a Senior Content Creative at SuperBloom House.

Christina Connerton received their Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Dance from New York University between 2006 and 2009. Later, in 2012 to 2014, they pursued their Master of Social Work (M.S.W.) degree in Social Work at City University of New York-Herbert H. Lehman College. Additionally, Christina holds a certification as a Licensed Master of Social Work from the National Association of Social Workers, although the specific month and year of obtaining this certification are not provided.
