Ishai Smadja

Ishai Smadja serves as the Head of Business and Operations at Supercell since September 2025, previously held multiple roles at Moon Active from 2019 to 2025, including General Manager, VP of Product, and Product Director. Early career experiences include positions as a Product Manager at King from 2016 to 2019, where responsibilities encompassed commercial performance and business development, alongside a tenure as an MBA Summer Intern at Amazon in 2015, focusing on marketing strategy for 3rd party sellers. Prior roles at TASC Consulting and Capital as an Associate and Business Analyst, and military service as an Intelligence Officer in the Israel Defense Forces, further contribute to a strong background in management consulting and strategic operations. Ishai Smadja holds an MBA from INSEAD and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Laws and Economics from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
