Juan Fernandez Castellano

Juan Fernandez Castellano has a diverse range of work experience, starting in 2013 as an Intern Marketing and Sales B2C at EDP Energias de Portugal. Juan then worked as a Customer Support Specialist at Sports Tracker, where they engaged with customers, managed social media, and supported sales tasks.

In 2015, Juan joined Catchbox as a Customer Happiness Specialist, providing front-line customer support and managing sales partners. Juan then transitioned to Technology Recruitment Labs as a Talent Scout, focusing on finding and delivering quality tech candidates.

Following this, Juan joined brandiators as a Sales & Marketing Rep, and later worked at Finders Seekers Oy as a Talent Acquisition Consultant. In these roles, they gained experience in sales, marketing, and talent acquisition, providing training and consultative services to clients.

Juan also prioritized creating a positive candidate experience and participated in other HR processes such as onboarding and off-boarding.

Most recently, Juan joined Supercell in 2023, focusing on hiring.

Juan Fernandez Castellano obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from the Universidad de Oviedo. Juan attended this institution from 2009 to 2013. Subsequently, they pursued a Master's Degree in Forest Economics and Marketing at the University of Helsinki from 2014 to 2020. In addition to their formal education, Juan obtained a certification in Unconscious Bias from LinkedIn in November 2022.
