Elizabeth Immen

Elizabeth Immen is the current Chief Operating Officer at Superconductive. Prior to this, they were a consultant at Superconductive for a brief period in 2018. During this time, they created healthcare claims abstracts from four different datasets and optimized data field types. Elizabeth also documented the mapping process, suggesting ways to improve it.

From December 2017 to March 2018, Elizabeth was a consultant at Joe Hudson. There, they redesigned the curriculum for an established three-month online meditation course. Elizabeth calibrated content difficulty levels, clarified the arc of the curriculum, and integrated student feedback to refine the curriculum further.

Before their time at Joe Hudson, Elizabeth was the Manager of Special Projects at Liberty Mutual Insurance from November 2014 to March 2017. And before that, they were a consultant at Orion Advisory LLC from November 2011 to October 2014.

Elizabeth began their career as a Senior Project Manager at Massachusetts General Hospital in February 2003 and held that position until November 2011.

Elizabeth Immen's educational career includes a BS in Materials Science and Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Elizabeth is also certified in Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt from the University of Michigan and in Certified Professional Coach and Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC).
