With extensive experience as the President, Owner, and CEO of Supercuts franchises since 2008, Savidge successfully opened multiple locations in Pennsylvania. Additionally, Savidge serves as a Certified Coach, Speaker, and Trainer with The John Maxwell Company, focusing on leadership development. A background in healthcare includes senior roles at Capital District Physicians Health Plan and M-CARE/University of Michigan Health System, leading significant financial turnarounds and organizational growth. Doug Savidge holds a Master’s in Health Administration from Wilkes University and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and Marketing from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
