Paul Moss

Paul Moss is an experienced professional in retail operations, currently serving as the Senior Store Operations Process and Projects Manager at Superdrug since May 2006. Responsibilities include enhancing processes that affect Superdrug stores and managing various projects, such as events and conferences. Previously, Paul held several roles at Superdrug, including Store Operations Manager, overseeing sales and service operations, and Process Manager, responsible for new process implementations. Earlier in the career, Paul managed stores in Tonbridge and Tunbridge Wells and served as Area Manager for The Greeting Card Group in South and West London. Starting as Store Manager at Freshstores Ltd, Paul has built a solid foundation in store management and operations. Paul completed education at Sir Joseph Williamsons Mathematical School in Rochester from 1993 to 2000.
