Louis Brouillet is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in the food industry, currently serving as the CEO of Superfine Kitchen since January 2020, where a commitment to social good has transformed the company into a provider of top-tier food choices. As the founder of Leolo Pizza, Louis launched a successful pop-up artisanal pizza venture in Marin County, achieving sell-out events. Previous roles include Head of Global Sales and Marketing at Sterling Caviar, addressing organizational challenges, and Regional Director for Slow Money Institute, promoting local food systems. Louis also held CEO positions at PRESERVE Farm Kitchens and LOKL, where initiatives revolved around food recovery and enhancing the farm-to-table experience, respectively.
