Camila Arcaro

Camila Arcaro serves as the CHRO at SuperFrio Logística Frigorificada since July 2023. Previously, Camila held various leadership roles at EMS from September 2016 to December 2022, including HRBP Director, Corporate Manager of Training and Development, and HRBP Manager, overseeing HR initiatives across multiple business sectors. Prior to EMS, Camila worked at AB Inbev from February 2010 to April 2016, where positions included People and Management Manager and Coordinator, focusing on HR subsystems within Ambev's Business Service Center. Camila's educational background includes an MBA in Business from FGV and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from Facamp.
