Creative Director at Supergiant Games

Greg Kasavin had a diverse work experience in the gaming industry. Greg started their career as the Editor-in-Chief for NewType Gaming Monthly in 1995. In 1996, they went on to co-found Arcadia Magazine, where they served as the Editor-in-Chief. Later in 1996, Kasavin joined CNET Networks as the Editor-in-Chief of GameSpot, a role they held until 2007. Greg then joined Electronic Arts as a Producer, where they worked on the Command & Conquer franchise and contributed to the design, writing, and project planning of several games. In 2009, they moved on to 2K Games as a Producer before joining Supergiant Games in 2010. At Supergiant Games, Kasavin took on the role of Creative Director and was responsible for the creative development, writing, and other aspects of the design and marketing of their games.

Greg Kasavin attended the University of California, Berkeley from 1995 to 1999, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in English. Greg further pursued their education at the University of Phoenix from 2002 to 2004, earning a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.), though no specific field of study was mentioned.
