Kim Nguyen has over 12 years of work experience. From 2009 to 2014, they worked as an Online Publicity & Artist Relations and National Publicity Assistant (Online) at Mushroom Group. From 2014 to 2016, they worked as a Digital Project Manager at THE CHARLES NYC, where they managed the production and rollout of complex digital advertising plans, content strategies, DTC e-commerce operations and branded websites. Kim Nguyen obtained their Bachelor of Arts - BA in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Melbourne in 2009. Kim then completed a Study Exchange at Boston College in the same field that same year. In 2013, they earned their Master's degree in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from New York University. Additionally, Kim has obtained certifications in Consumer Engagement & Digital Marketing from Squared Online (October 2018), Project Management Professional (PMP) Contact Hours from the Project Management Institute (September 2015), and Google Analytics from Google (November 2016).
