Phillip Schilling has a comprehensive work experience spanning over several roles and companies. Phillip began their career as a Senior Financial Analyst at West Coast Paper in 1991 before transitioning to the role of Account & Finance Manager/MIS Director at Alaska Paper Company. In 2000, they became an Operations Manager at West Coast Paper and later moved to Alaska Packaging Company as a Controller/Operations Manager in 2005. In 2006, they joined JC Watson Packing Company as a Controller, where they served as a senior leader responsible for strategic positioning, operational efficiencies, and expense control. Lastly, in 2013, they became the Chief Operating Officer at superGraphics. Throughout their career, they have held various management positions, overseeing key business operations and reporting directly to higher-level executives.
Phillip Schilling completed their Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Grays Harbor College in the years 1984 to 1986. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Central Washington University, which they accomplished from 1989 to 1991.
