Mohamed Elsodany is a PhD candidate in Electrical Engineering at Université Grenoble Alpes, with a projected graduation date in June 2026. Currently working as a PhD researcher at SuperGrid Institute since November 2022, Mohamed focuses on modeling and stability analysis of multivendor multi-terminal DC grids. Prior to this role, Mohamed served as a Research Engineer and R&D Intern at the same institute, contributing to the development of MVDC converter models for system-level simulations and creating a scalable library of AC/DC and DC/DC converters in MATLAB. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Smart Grids and Buildings from Grenoble INP - Ense3 and a Bachelor of Science in Renewable Energy Engineering from Zewail City of Science and Technology.
