With over a decade of experience in HR and technology recruitment, Iulia has previously headed Talent Acquisition teams at Wayfair and Zalando, driving significant growth in technical recruitment and corporate operations. They hold a Bachelor's degree in European Studies and a Master's degree in International Management, and are passionate about enabling others to maximize their potential. In their spare time, Iulia enjoys practicing yoga, engaging in sports, and exploring new cultures through travel.
