Coen Michels

Coen Michels has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Coen started their career in 2002 at Compass Group, where they held positions as F&B Manager at various locations. Coen then moved on to work at Sodexo as a Sales Executive in 2005. In 2007, they joined USG People Nederland as a Managing Consultant Recruitment, and later became a Senior Recruitment Consultant specializing in Marketing & Communications. In 2009, Coen became a Principal Consultant at Hays, focusing on Engineering & Technology and Procurement & Supply Chain. Coen also served as a Business Manager at Hays, responsible for managing a team in various specialties such as Procurement & Supply Chain, Engineering, HR & Legal, and IT. Coen then joined Diversey in 2018 as a Talent Acquisition Manager for the Benelux region. In 2019, they became the Talent Acquisition Manager at Yokogawa, leading the Recruitment Resource Center for Europe. Currently, Coen is the Head of Recruitment Europe at Americold Logistics, LLC., starting in 2022.

Coen Michels attended Stenden from 1998 to 2002, where they obtained a degree in International Hospitality Management. In 2014, they also obtained a certification as a LinkedIn Certified Professional-Recruiter from LinkedIn.
