Superintendencia de Bancos de la República Dominicana
Daniela Collado is a highly experienced legal professional with a diverse background in public economic law, arbitration, and corporate governance. Since December 2020, Daniela serves as the Director of Records and Authorizations at the Superintendencia de Bancos de la República Dominicana. Daniela has also been a professor of Public Economic Law at Instituto OMG since January 2017 and an arbitrator at the Cámara de Comercio y Producción de Santo Domingo since December 2012. As a lecturer at Pontificia Universidad Catolica Madre y Maestra since September 2005, Daniela teaches various subjects including International Private Law and WTO Law. Prior experience includes serving as Executive Director at SEC from April 2015 to January 2021 and as In-house Counsel for Orange, where key projects included spectrum auctions and the launch of mobile wallet products. Daniela's earlier roles included senior positions at Squire Patton Boggs and DMK Abogados. Daniela holds multiple degrees in law from prestigious institutions, including a DEA in International Economic Law from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne.
