Maria Isabella Batista Guerra

Maria Isabella Batista Guerra is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in banking and financial markets. Currently serving as a Senior Administrative Lawyer at the Superintendencia de Bancos de la República Dominicana since September 2020, Maria has also held the position of Intern at the Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores from June to December 2023. Prior experience includes work as an Associate and Litigation Paralegal at Headrick from March 2016 to September 2020. Maria holds a Master's degree in Banking Law and Financial Markets from CUNEF Universidad, a Master's degree in Civil Procedure Law from Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra, and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Universidad Iberoamericana.
