Jonathan Rivera Orellana

Jonathan Rivera Orellana currently serves as Jefe del Departamento Normativo at Superintendencia de Seguridad Social since May 2023. Prior to this role, Jonathan was Jefe del Departamento de Previsión Social at Subsecretaría para las Fuerzas Armadas from December 2021 to May 2023 and held the position of Abogado at Superintendencia de Seguridad Social in the Depto. de Regulación from August 2016 to December 2021. Earlier in their career, Jonathan worked as an Abogado informante in the Departamento de Licencias Médicas at Superintendencia de Seguridad Social from September 2012 to December 2015. Jonathan also contributed to academia as an Ayudante at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile from August 2012 to December 2017 and served as a tutor and relator in various programs focusing on gerontology and social security. Jonathan holds a Máster en Dirección y Gestión de los Sistemas de Seguridad Social from Universidad de Alcalá, a Diplomado en Administración para la Gestión Gerontológica, and a degree in Abogado from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
