Josh Lottes has extensive experience in agronomy sales and farming, currently serving as an Agronomy Sales representative at Superior Ag since October 2024, while also operating Lottes Farms Inc. since August 2004, focusing on turkey, pig, cattle, and grain farming. Prior to this, Josh held various positions at Springs Valley Bank & Trust Company from October 2016 to August 2024, including Assistant Vice President and Business Banker, Commercial Loan Officer, Jr. Commercial Loan Officer, and Commercial Loan Processor. Additionally, Josh worked as an Ag Portfolio Manager at Old National Bank from June 2015 to September 2016, where responsibilities included customer service and account management. Josh earned a degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Southern Indiana between 2011 and 2015, following education at Barr-Reeve Jr/Sr High School from 2007 to 2011.
