Jim Merrill

Jim Merrill has an extensive background in procurement and electrical work, currently serving as a Buyer for Plant Services at Superior Dairy since March 1990. In this role, Jim interviews vendors and inspects suppliers' facilities to assess products and pricing, while also attending industry meetings, trade shows, and conferences to stay informed about emerging trends and to network with suppliers. Prior experience includes positions as an Electrician at LTV Steel from August 1984 to March 1990, Heinemann Saw Company from 1978 to 1984, and Whitacre Greer Company from 1973 to 1978. Jim holds educational qualifications from the Cleveland Institute of Electronics and Stark State College.
