Shannon Ford has a strong background in client services and sales, with a focus on the dental industry. Shannon started their career at APG Office Furnishings in 1994, where they held various roles such as Purchasing Manager and Director of Operations. In 2008, they joined CFC Benefits Group, LLC as an Account Manager. Shannon then moved on to Superior Dental Care in 2013, where they served as the Manager of Account Services, Director of Sales and Service, and eventually became the Director of Client Services in January 2020.
Shannon Ford received their Bachelor of Arts degree in communication and media studies from the University of Cincinnati, where they studied from 1990 to 1994.
