Andy De Souza

Mr. DeSouza, a service disabled veteran, has over 30 years experience in maintenance, assembly and production management with the US Navy and the aerospace industry. He has hands-on capability and management responsibility in prototype building, first article pieces, special test equipment and writing production procedures for various assemblies. His list of completed projects include non-destructive testing (NDT) on the A4 Malaysian, the A6 Wing Program, the A6 aircraft, the F14 and the F111 for Grumman. He has acted as Project Manager for the electronics for the Carleton Technologies underwater re-breather and for a platform test system for E-Systems. Other clients include McClelland AFB, NASA, West Valley Nuclear Services and Lockheed Space Operations. Mr. deSouza has served as SEI's Vice-President for Production since 1986. He holds degrees from New York City Community College (Mechanical Engineering) and Embry Riddle Aeronautical University (Aeronautical Studies), and several certifications from the US Navy and Grumman Corp.
