Jennifer Freeman-Skinner

Jennifer Freeman-Skinner currently serves as the HR Director for Superior Energy Services, overseeing the Complete Energy Services business unit in Oklahoma City since December 2014. With extensive experience in human resources, Jennifer previously held senior roles at Baker Hughes, including Senior HR Manager for the Central US Geomarket, where responsibilities included supporting US Land Operation VPs across multiple product lines. Jennifer’s career began at Schlumberger, where notable positions included North America Compensation Team Lead and Personnel Manager for the Mid-Continent Basin, providing HR support across various operational areas. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts in Corporate Communication from the University of Houston.
