Jacqueline Chan

Jacqueline Chan has accumulated extensive experience in logistics and customer service across multiple industries. Currently, as an NGL Scheduler at Superior Gas Liquids since September 2012, Jacqueline oversees daily truck load scheduling and provides logistical, supply and inventory management support. Previously, Jacqueline served as a Transportation Solutions Specialist II at Canadian Freightways, specializing in Less-than-truck load logistics and cost calculations for shipments across Canada and the US. Prior roles include Senior Customer Service Representative at Federal Express, where Jacqueline led a team and enhanced service delivery through effective problem-solving, and Customer Service Officer at Cathay Pacific Airways, managing passenger assistance and travel document verification. Jacqueline holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing from the University of Calgary.
