Ritwik C. is a seasoned scientist with extensive experience in the development and management of graphite-based industrial lubricants and coatings, currently employed at Superior Graphite since January 2014. Prior to this role, Ritwik completed a PhD in Chemistry at the University of Maine, where innovative methods utilizing ATR-IR spectroscopy were developed to explore liquid-particle fluid systems and binder migration in paper coatings. This academic tenure also included collaborative research on pigment surface chemistry and rheological properties to enhance coating formulations. Ritwik's career began with technical roles at DIC India Limited and a research internship at Avecia Limited, complemented by a Master of Science in Polymer Engineering from the Technical University of Denmark.
