Tal Domany

Tal Domany has a diverse work experience in the engineering field. Tal is currently employed at Superior Graphite as the Director of Engineering, a position they have held since January 2023. Before that, they served as the Senior Engineering Manager from July 2021 to January 2023, and as the Engineering Manager from September 2020 to July 2021. Tal also worked as a Senior Process Engineer at Superior Graphite from March 2020 to September 2020, and as a Design Engineer from May 2017 to March 2020.

Prior to joining Superior Graphite, Tal worked at SMARTECH - The Industry Pivot as a Process Engineer and Project Manager from May 2011 to August 2016.

Tal Domany has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, which they obtained between 2018 and 2021. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev from 2005 to 2009, earning a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) degree in Chemical Engineering. In addition to their formal education, Tal has acquired several certifications. In February 2018, they obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. Tal also obtained the Solidworks Essentials certification from Computer Aided Technology in January 2018. In March 2017, Tal acquired the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt/DFSS certification from the Aveta Business Institute. Lastly, in March 2012, they obtained the AutoCAD 2012 certification from an Autodesk Authorized Training Centre.
