Emily Elizarde

Emily Elizarde has a diverse range of work experience. Emily started their career as a Child Protective Services Investigator at the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services from February 2007 to July 2010. Emily then moved on to DentaQuest, where they worked as a Member Advocate Coordinator in the Texas Market from February 2012 to December 2014, and later as an Account Executive from January 2014 to August 2015. Currently, they hold various roles at Superior HealthPlan since August 2015. Emily started as a Business Analyst III from August 2015 to May 2016, then worked as a Compliance Manager, Vendor Oversight from May 2016 to March 2017. Following that, they served as a Compliance Director, Grievances and Appeals from April 2017 to July 2018. Afterward, they were promoted to Senior Director, Contracting & Network Development from July 2018 to April 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President, Network Management & Operations at Superior HealthPlan since April 2021.

Emily Elizarde completed their Bachelor's Degree in Biology with a Business Foundations minor at The University of Texas at Austin from 2002 to 2006. Emily then pursued a Master of Science in Organizational Development with a focus on Transformational Leadership at The University of Texas at Dallas from 2021 to 2023.
