Danilo Bibancos

Danilo Bibancos is a seasoned management professional with extensive experience in the mining and automation industries. Currently serving as Managing Director at Superior Industries Inc since May 2015, Danilo previously held key positions at Magnetation, Inc. from February 2011 to May 2015, including Vice President of Concentrate Operations and General Manager. Danilo has a strong track record in safety management and operational efficiency, significantly reducing incident rates while overseeing the production of iron ore assets and plants. Earlier career highlights include roles at Rockwell Automation from 2001 to 2011, where Danilo excelled in account management for Oil & Gas and contributed to product development and system implementation. Danilo holds an Executive MBA from the UMN Carlson School of Management, a Master's in Engineering from Case Western Reserve University, and a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering from USP - Universidade de São Paulo.
