Evan Rand has a diverse work experience in various industries. Evan currently holds the position of Chief Strategy Officer at Superior Insurance Partners, a growing insurance brokerage platform. Prior to this, Evan served as a Board Member at KEEN Chicago, where they actively participated in fundraising and organizing events. Evan also worked as the Vice President of Strategic Planning & Alliances at Reboot Partners, providing growth acceleration services to large organizations. In the sports industry, Evan held positions such as Vice President of Hockey Administration at the United States Hockey League and Player Safety Consultant at the International Ice Hockey Federation. Evan also gained extensive experience within the National Hockey League, where they served in roles such as Manager and Coordinator in various departments. Additionally, Evan has worked as a Brand & Sales Representative at Anheuser-Busch.
Evan Rand completed their Master of Business Administration degree in Finance, Marketing, and Data Analytics at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management from 2020 to 2022. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Management & Leisure Studies (Sports & Entertainment Marketing) from New York University, where they studied from 2004 to 2008. Additionally, they also completed The Improv Program at The Second City in 2019.
