Jay Colabella

Jay Colabella has extensive work experience in the financial industry. Jay is currently serving as the Chief Development Officer at Superior Insurance Partners since July 2020. Prior to this, they worked as a Partner at RGC Investment Partners from June 2016 to July 2020. Jay also served as an Investment Analyst at CommonWealth Opportunity Capital from June 2014 to May 2016. Earlier in their career, they held positions as a Special Situations Investment Analyst at Macquarie Group from July 2011 to June 2014, and as a Leveraged Finance and Financial Sponsors Analyst at UBS Investment Bank from September 2009 to July 2011. Jay began their career as an intern in various roles at UBS Investment Bank from 2007 to 2008.

Jay Colabella attended The Wharton School from 2005 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in economics with a concentration in finance.
